Peter Ivanov is a manager, entrepreneur, and virtual teams expert with over 20 years of international experience. Born in Bulgaria, he graduated in Mathematics and rose from data analyst to IT Services Manager for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa at a multinational company, recognizing early the growing importance of leading teams across multiple locations.

In 2013, Peter founded Virtual Power Teams and began a new career as a keynote speaker and executive coach on New Leadership. In 2023, he completed the MIT program "AI for Business Strategy" and has since supported numerous business organizations and public administrations in embracing the AI revolution and unlocking unprecedented value. He has delivered 100+ keynotes across 30+ countries for clients including HP, BASF, Danone, Lufthansa, and the European Central Bank, and lectures at MIT Sloan, Hult International Business School, and the Clinton Leadership Institute.

Peter is also a passionate athlete and World Senior Champion in discus throw, bringing the discipline and focus of elite competition into his approach to leadership and AI adoption.
